very late, poor quality

The order was very, very, late. I got one garbled response from customer service and then no further communication despite contacting them several times.

When the order got here, it was horrible. The color was not at all standard, as I have had numerous things printed in my brand colors, this color is noticeably different, to the point that the items are unusable.

Exceedingly late, exceptionally awful.

Ordered postcards for use the following weekend. Upgraded shipping to have them on time. Prints took over a week to even be completed. Upon receipt they are the flimsiest "postcards" I've ever seen. Totally useless. Company agreed to refund excess shipping charges but never did.

terrible

terrible. paid for upgraded delivery which was equal to the price of the product. supposed to be delivered 9/14. product shows still in production as of 9/15. i inquired and was just told they were sorry. totally missed an event they were needed for. looks like many others have a similar experience. they used to be good and reliable. not so now. look elsewhere.

Terrible service

Terrible service. schedule delivery for 9/14, they shipped 9/15 via some unknown shipping service. No notice of late delivery, and when I complained they said it was in their policies and they were not liable, so no refund. So beware, they do not honor any dates.

Quality of cards are horrible!!!

Quality of cards are horrible, seems like I printed the cards on my regular printer. Furthermore the round corners are badly cut, with prominent white edges, as if the cutter did not have enough sharpness to leave them smooth and instead tore the paper. I will not be using them, bad presentation for my business.

My items were 6 days late

My items were late. I paid for over night and I received them 6 days later. Than they were not printed correctly from my instructions provided.

DO NOT ORDER!!!

DO NOT ORDER! Use a different printer. They do not deliver, they lie to you everyday. Your "overnight" order will likely never come. It's a week later and they can't even provide a delivery date for my "overnight order". I'm going to report them to the authorities and my financial institution as a scam.

I'm not going to say anything new that…

I'm not going to say anything new that hasn't already been said about this scam of a company. I do want to ask though is how they are still legally allowed to operate as a "business"? They DO NOT AND WILL NOT issue a refund for orders they cannot fulfill (and that seems to be the majority of them). Consider yourself in the lucky lottery winner's bunch if they've actually printed your order at all! They will give you the prerecorded copy/paste excuse after excuse after excuse and you will never actually get your order. AGAIN, THEY WILL NOT EVER SHIP YOUR ORDER. I don't know how they get away with blunt theft. If you're considering them for lower prices, you HAVE BEEN WARNED! Consider these lower prices a "donation" to a scam company because you will never get your money back regardless. I'm one of the unlucky ones who didnt listen and took my chances :( If I wanted to make a donation, you'd think I choose a better cause. Lesson learned!

Seriously... avoid this company.

This company used to be solid... now not so much. I placed an order that I received 4 weeks later than expected. Of the materials in that order, 65% was completely unusable. They refuse to process a refund, offering store credit instead. Why would I want store credit given these circumstances? We are a "platinum" customer and this will be our last order. Seriously, order from anywhere else.

The same thing happened to me and they refuse to give me my money back!

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Overnight Prints?

I didn't find getting hold of customer service particularly difficult. However, the person at the other end could rarely give 100% satisfactory answers to what seemed to me to be answerable.

Impossible. They take days to respond and when they do, its just an auto reply that doesnt help

While there are plenty of options for getting a hold of Customer Service, every time I've called, it's seemed like they can't do anything without beginning an escalation. The end result was poor service and having to follow up multiple times.

Is Overnight Prints a scam or a legit company?

Can't say it's a scam—they are in the print business. They have some shady tactics, though—poor ethics, and bad customer service. Bottom line, they don't deliver as promised. You can do better almost anywhere else.
